To delete a rule, rule condition, or rule action:

Highlight the rule, condition, or action that you want to delete in the window and select the Delete icon at the top of the Rules, Conditions, or Actions pane, or right-click on the rule, condition, or action and select Remove from the drop-down menu that appears.
The rule, rule condition, or rule action disappears from the list.
