New Rule Set
To create a new rule set:

In Project Explorer under Utilities, right-click Rule Sets and select New Rule Set. or enter a name for the new rule set in the box at the top of the Browser pane and cick Create. Alternatively, right-click in the Browser pane and select New Rule Set from the drop-down menu that appears. You can also access this command on the Data ribbon.

Enter a name for the rule set in the window that displays. Rule set names must be unique.
The new rule set appears in the Browser pane.
